LONG, Lewis Raymond "Ray" August 28, 1928 - June 17, 2017 With deep sorrow the family announces the passing of Ray Long. He was predeceased by his first wife Ruth and son-in-law Dan Kirlin. Left to mourn are his wife Barbara, daughters Deborah Long, Deirdre Kirlin, Dianne Franklin (Gord), sisters-in-law Pat Windeler, Naomi Neeb, nieces, nephews and many friends. An educator for 33 years and co-owner of Townline Antiques for 30 years, Ray enjoyed life and the love of his family, travel, music, and the Tiger Cats. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Tansley Woods L.T.C. and especially Dr. Jerome and the team on Oaklands for their care and concern for Ray and his family. Friends may visit with the family at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME , 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Friday, June 23, 2017 from 12 p.m. until the Service of Memory at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow in the Family Centre.
