THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BAY NOTICE OF PROPOSED ROAD CLOSING AND SALE BY-LAW TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Georgian Bay proposes to enact a By-law to stop up, close and sell that part of the original allowance of road in the Township of Georgian Bay, District Municipality of Muskoka set out and described as follows: 1) Part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 30, Concession 13 and Part of Lot 30, Concession 13 shown as 20.117 metre road allowance on registered Plan M-307, being Part 4, 35R-18460, Stasiak (37.203.405) Formerly Township of Gibson 2) Part of the original shore road allowance in front of Lot 45, Concession 7, being Part 1, 35R-25282 and Part 10, 35R-25390; Part of the original road allowance between Lots 45 and 46, Concession 7, being Part 2, 35R-25390, Mouzitchka (37.203.359) Formerly Township of Freeman AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the proposed By-law will come before the said Council at its meeting at the Council Chambers, at the Municipal Office, on the 10th day of July, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the morning, and at the time, the Council will hear any person or their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent who claims that his land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that additional information relating to the proposed Road By-law is available from the Clerk's Department at 1-800-567-0187 Ext. #268, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Township Office, in Port Severn, Ontario.
